TRANSFORMING YOUR BUSINESS VIA INFOCOMM TECHNOLOGY (ICT)

Given the twin challenges of rising costs and manpower shortage, businesses are forced to look into means to improve their productivity. Regardless of company size, ICT (both software and hardware) is a useful tool to make business processes more efficient.

If your business is expanding, are your employees coping well with the surge in business demand? Manual business processes that worked previously may no longer be effective. What can you do to ensure that increased business opportunities do not create a negative impact on your business operations?

Technology has become essential in the current business environment, driven by the need to address the ever-increasing customer expectations and business challenges. How can you use technology as an enabler to help your business increase productivity and achieve innovation ? How can your business use technology to stay competitive?

SME Infocomm Resource Centre (SIRC) @ Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) has arranged the following workshops to share relevant insights on how technology can be your game changer, and how the enhanced Increase SME Productivity with Infocomm Adoption & Transformation (iSPRINT) scheme can ease you into deploying technology into your business. The iSPRINT scheme is offered by IDA to support SMEs’ use of technology to enhance their productivity levels.
